Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
Before Processing: Orders can be cancelled free of charge if cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
During Processing: Orders that have entered the processing stage may be cancelled, but a processing fee of ₹500 may apply.
After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the item after delivery following our return policy.
Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, you can:

• Use the cancellation option in your order confirmation email

Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation when contacting us. We will process your cancellation request within 24-48 hours.

Wrong Items: Full refund for items that differ from what was ordered.

Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most furniture items, subject to the following conditions:
• Item must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging
• Assembly required items must be unassembled
• Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return
• Clearance or sale items may have different return terms
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item or process your cancellation, refunds will be processed as follows:
Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days
Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
Bank Processing: Credit card refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear on your statement
Notification: You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
• Custom or made-to-order furniture
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "No Returns"
• Items that have been used, damaged, or modified
• Items not in original packaging

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for inspection and either:
• Replace the item with the same or similar product
• Provide a full refund including shipping costs
• Arrange for repair if the damage is minor and repairable
Please take photos of the damage and keep all packaging materials for inspection.
